We focus on custom new builds, additions, and renovations. 

We’re based in Petoskey and serve northwestern lower Michigan, including Petoskey, Charlevoix, Boyne City, Boyne Falls, Harbor Springs, Alanson, Indian River, Cheboygan, Wolverine, Vanderbilt, Gaylord, and the surrounding areas. We occasionally take on projects outside this region – feel free to reach out to discuss your project.

Every project begins with a pre-construction phase where we define scope, budget, and details. From there, we move into construction with a clear plan and consistent updates.

The earlier the better. Starting early allows for thoughtful planning, smoother scheduling, and a more seamless overall process.

Timelines vary depending on scope. We provide a more detailed schedule once planning is underway.

Yes. You’ll work directly with a dedicated project manager from pre-construction through the punch list, so you always know who to reach and what to expect.
